This comparison tool synthesizes the expert knowledge base of chicken-colors.info — a unique database built by experienced breeders and geneticists, combining decades of previously scattered knowledge into a single verified reference. Each colour variety page contains precise genotype data sourced and verified by breed specialists.
We intend to facilitate the international harmonization of chicken colour standards by applying cutting edge AI to the highest quality and most comprehensive data compiled on the subject.
The tool is suitable for breeders at all levels: whether you are trying to understand the genetic difference between two similar-looking varieties, plan a breeding cross, or identify which standard your birds conform to.
